Is there an age limit for your equipment?

You need to be 18+  to drive the Motorboats and all other Equipment kids under 12 require adult supervision.

Do you need experience to drive the Motorboats?

​

​No, However in the event of poor weather conditions the first timer may not feel comfortable. Ask our advice.

Do we need to book a motorboat ahead of time?

​Reservations for the motorboats are a good idea. Call or email us. All of our other equipment is providedd on a first come basis.

We require an open credit card to book all motorboat reservation. (Master Card or Visa) All reservations are guaranteed, weather permitting. 



What are your opening hours?

November, December, and March: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Apri, May, September, October: 9:00am -5:00pm

June, July, and August: 8:30am - 6:00pm

What's your cancellation policy?

​

​All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled boat time otherwise full price of boat rental will be charged. To change or cancel please email us at blueholewater@gmail.com or call us at 1-441-293-2915. In the event of bad weather there will be no charge.

Are we allowed to use the hotels facilities?

​

While our facilities are open to everyone, Grotto Bay Hotel pool and beach are strictly for their hotel guests.
